What: VJGK/Game Changers In-season Training Modules
Where: City National Arena & Game Changers Campus
When: August 7, 2024 – March 25, 2025
Who: Middle School aged players

Accepting twenty 2010 and 2011 birth-year players (middle school) for on-campus curriculum and programming

Accepting twenty 2009 and older players (high school) for on-site learning and programming

Limited to 12 forwards, 6 defensemen and 2 goalies per group

Tuition -- includes flexible on-line/in-person schooling, on-ice training and off-ice training

INTEGRATED TRAINING MODULES:

• Focus on individual positional skill training for goaltenders, defensemen and forwards

• Includes position-specific sessions, tailored off-ice and video analysis

Vegas Golden Knights Video Breakdowns

• Experienced staff, includes NHL Alumni Goalie, Defense and Forward coaches; led by Rob Pallin, Brian Salcido, Deryk Engelland and Darren Eliot

• Enhance overall athleticism through strength & condition, speed & agility, flexibility & recovery and quickness.

WEEKLY FORMAT – By Position

• On-ice for three hour / week for position-specific skill development: Incorporates specifically designed drills to teach and refine highlighted skills

• Off-ice for three hours / week for age-specific training: Strength and conditioning routines based on age, position and hockey-focused

• Various Video Sessions: Top end examples to view & compare

• Wellness Coach added this season: VGK consultant will hold sessions to ensure an outlet for player/student mindset management
